Alternatively, you can just register a new recruiter account. We've made our new website really easy and intuitive to use.
How do I post jobs?
First of all, you need to register a recruiter account and login. Then you must buy some job credits. You can then use these credits
to post jobs. This is done by completing a simple one page form, where you can cut and paste you job title and description. The form
allows you to specify precise locations, job sectors, salary ranges and many other criteria.
Can we have a trial period?
We do not offer free trials. However, we have a range of low cost packages for those who want to run a trial period.
We are confident you will receive a positive return on your investment.
Can we post jobs anonymously?
You can post jobs anonymously if you are a direct employer. Your company name and other identifying information is kept private. When you post
your vacancies you can specify an anonymous email address or website to receive applications. You can also enter your own descriptive company name.
For example, you can enter 'Top 100 Global Hedge Fund' to replace your company name.
Some jobs on this website appear highlighted. How do I post jobs like these?
These are known as featured jobs. As you have noticed they are highlighted in the job listings to help attract
more interest and applicants. They also appear at random in the featured jobs panel on our front page. To post
one featured job you need one featured job credit. You can buy these when you login as a recruiter.
How many responses am I likely to get to my job vacancy?
This is a very difficult question to answer. It depends greatly on the type of positions you advertise, their location and even your
reputation and profile as a recruiter. We record the number of times a job is viewed and applied for (through our website).
You have access to these statistics to provide you with quantitative and qualitative feedback.
Can we trial your resume database?
We don't offer trials of our resume database. As a registered recruiter you can access to resume summaries for free.
When you find a resume you're interested in, you can download it by purchasing resume credits. For that reason our resume
database is 'risk free'. You can see what you're paying for before you make a purchase.
How does it work? Can we download any number of resumes?
Our resume database works on the principle that you only pay for what you download. In other words, we operate a pay-per-download
system. One resume credit allows you to download one resume document.
How do you accept payment?
We accept online credit card payment through our payment provider WorldPay.
This is the fastest and easiest way to pay. The entire process is automated and you will get access to the services paid for immediately on completion of the payment process.
For those who cannot pay online, we accept payment by check/cheque or bank transfer. Again, you can still submit your order online. Your invoice will be automatically
generated and emailed to you. Once you confirm receipt, we will then process your order allowing you access to the services you ordered.
Do you store our credit card details?
No. Online payment is arranged through our payment provider WorldPay.
We have no access to your credit card details.
I don't want to pay by credit card. When will I get access to the website?
Access is only granted once you confirm receipt of your invoice. This is often done automatically as soon as we receive your confirmation.
However, in some cases access is granted manually by our sales team. Unless there are
mitigating circumstances this is normally done within a few hours and almost always within one working day.
